Our goal is to offer a swift and efficient service to our valued customers. It is important that you ensure someone is available to receive your order as we cannot take responsibility or provide refunds for missed deliveries or incorrect delivery details. Please note that we are not liable for any delays that occur once the courier has your order. If you receive any damaged items, please send us photographic proof at info@suneezhealthyself.co.uk to claim a refund. You are responsible for tracking your order, but if you encounter any issues, don't hesitate to contact us for assistance.

 

For UK orders, made-to-order items such as Sea Moss Gel and Snacks are usually dispatched within 1-3 working days, while Raw Sea Moss and Organic Herbs are usually dispatched within 1-2 days. Fresh fruit produce is dispatched based on availability, typically within 1-3 days. We only send out top-quality fresh fruit and deliver all UK orders via DPD Next Day Delivery.

For Ireland orders, made-to-order items such as Sea Moss Gel, Alkaline Snacks, and Juices are usually dispatched within 2-3 days. Raw Sea Moss and Organic Herbs are usually dispatched within 1-2 days, while fresh fruit produce is dispatched based on availability, typically within 1-3 days. All Ireland orders are shipped via DPD 2-Day Delivery.

Please note that we do not ship Sea Moss gel, Juices, Snacks, or Fresh Fruits outside of the UK and Ireland due to freshness concerns. We only ship products listed in the "Only Worldwide" section internationally. For international orders, delivery times range from 3-8 days depending on the destination, and we use International Tracked and Signed via Parcelforce. Please note that once we ship your order, we are not responsible for any delays that may occur.
